Do you service my area?

MassageJoy operates across the greater London area. In case we are unable to service your area you will receive a call immediately after booking a service. If you are in the greater London area, you can be assured that we service the area.

What is included in a standard massage?

We offer a whole range of treatments including: Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Anti-Cellulite Massage, Pre-natal Massage and Couples Massage. When you book with us you only select the duration of the massage. All our London massage therapists have extensive experience in different massage techniques.

Once a MassageJoy massage therapists arrives they will spend time consulting with you regarding your requirement and you can mention your preference to your therapist.

How much will it cost?

We offer discounts if you book on a regular basis. Our basic pricing and discounts are listed below. If you are a company and want to book our therapists please email us from the “contact” page. We will be happy to provide a custom quote to you.

Do you bring your own massage supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, your massage therapist will bring their own massage supplies, massage table/chair and products. We encourage our massage therapists to also bring relaxing music. If you have any special requirement please leave a note while making the booking.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

On the booking form you can choose an extra massage therapist for your service. This is ideal for a couples massage. In addition you can leave us a message with any special requests in the “customer comments” box on the booking form.

How do I change my address?

Just send us an email from the “contact” page and we will update your details.

How do I change my credit card?

You can call us on 020 3239 7866 to update your details and our customer success team will assist you.

How do I book my first appointment?

To book your first appointment click the “Booking form” link. Just enter your details and select the duration of the massage and you are done! Relax and rest assured we will come to you for the appointment. You will also be informed about your booking via SMS.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

Vouchers are linked to internal campaigns we run and are designed to expose more people to our service. As a loyal customer you can avail of discounts up to 20% by simple booking in advance (recurring bookings).

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

We need your payment information to apply the voucher code to your booking for our internal systems. Please note we will only charge the requisite amount after the voucher has been applied.

Can I trust my massage therapist?

All MassageJoy therapists have been rigorously vetted. We pay among the best rates in the industry and often have a big pool of applicants to choose from. The process begins by first shortlisting therapists who meet the minimum requirements of massage therapy certifications, language skills and availability. We then conduct in depth phone interviews to test the knowledge, temperament and cultural fit.

Candidates who get past the phone interview are invited to an on-site interview where we meet the therapist in person. The on-site interview also involves paid massage therapy sessions. If the candidate gets past this stage we conduct a detailed background check via our industry partners.

We only allow a massage therapist into your home once they have passed our rigorous process. Therapists are rewarded for good service by giving them more jobs. This in turn ensures only the most highly rated massage therapists work with us.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We aim to please and our massage therapists go above and beyond to offer the best service. If you are not satisfied by our service please contact us immediately (details on contact page). We will do our best to ensure we can assist and make yours a positive experience.

What is your refund policy?

We only charge you after the service is complete. We take your payment information when you make the booking but never charge you before your service completes. In case you cancel your booking we kindly request you to cancel at least 2 hours before the service. Failing which we might have to charge a cancellation fee. If you are unsatisfied with our service we will come back at our own cost. Our business is built on repeat customers and references.
